Magnaporthe grisea Transcription Factors

The Magnaporthe protein dataset was searched for all Prosite protein motifs.  Those proteins containing motifs indicative of possible transcription factor function were identified analyzed using InterProScan.  This sequence set was also used in a blastp search against the Neurospora crassa protein dataset to identify those putative transcription factors unique to Magnaporthe.  The unique transcription factors were then also analyzed further using InterProScan.
